I got one guy from columbus who's like 80% in. ONly a 20% chance of rain so aside from a few sprinkles, we should have a pretty dry day.

Alright, I'm in for Mohican on wednesday. I'm trying to get 1 or 2 more from columbus to go, but if not then at least the 3 of us can shuttle. Let's aim to be there by 11:30 because I have to be out of there no later than 3:30 and I want to get at least 3 hours of riding in.

Hmmm I am out of class at 3:30 and could probably be there as early as 4:45. The only problem is that it is too dark to ride by like 7pm nowadays (7pm is even stretching it sometimes). Let me know, I'll have to see if I can find a 3rd person so we can shuttle.

so here is the stats, getting together Fri. 25th @ 10am, location to be figured out, drive out. biking is only til 4 on friday, so we are only planning on chilling that night, sat & sun. riding. i am reserving 3 sitEs next to eachother at Deep Creek campgrounds,10mi from wisp, 2 tents per site. $30 a site, 2 nights, $180 bucks for the whole weekend for everyone. Lift passes are still $30 bucks for the whole weekend too. So, it should only be like 20 a person for camping, 30 for lift passes, 20 for gas, 30 for food and beers, $100 buck weekend? OH HELL YEAH! lemme know if you ahve any other questions

Lol, how could it suck more? I don't think that's possible. I did hear that during the week they run a shuttle now because running the lift isn't cost efficient (though it doesn't take a genious to figure out that 10 people buying lift tickets isn't enough income to open a high speed 6 person chair lift all day...) I still am gonna try to go Wednesday of next week. Weather looks decent for it.

hmmm, well would you have any interest in doing 7 Springs instead? I've already been to Wisp twice this year and haven't been to 7 springs at all. Plus I heard they built some new trails there. I donno, either way I'd be interested. I may also try to do a day trip to 7 springs next week sometime if I can get some interest. Probably on Wednesday.

I think Blanton and Tyler are heading down tomorrow 10-3 so I doubt they will be there wednesday. Donno what shawn is doing. If you can't do much on the trails, the shuttle road needs work. Near the bottom there is a pipe that crosses it and the underside of the pipe is all washed out. There needs to be some rocks put in there to keep from further erosion. Also, the ruts at the bottom are pretty bad. I cleared out about 90% of the brush when I was there Thursday, but yeah next time I go I'm taking a shovel down and fixing that damn shuttle road cause it's ridiculous right now.
